Service
SMAAI provides an autonomous AI marketing platform. Features marked as phased onboarding are enabled per account during rollout; we do not represent them as live until enabled for you.
Your responsibilities
You approve the daily brief and remain responsible for the content, outreach and spend you approve, and for complying with messaging and data-protection laws in your markets.
Acceptable use
No spam, no deceptive content, no scraping of platforms that prohibit it; LinkedIn messages are always sent by a human.
Fees
Prices for every service and add-on are published on the pricing page; the package you select is what is invoiced, monthly or annually as chosen. Usage beyond the included quotas is billed at the published rates. Ad spend is paid by you directly to the ad platforms. No free trial is offered.
Availability
We target high availability but provide the service as-is; approval gates and caps limit blast radius during incidents.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, liability is limited to fees paid in the preceding three months.
Termination
Either party may terminate on 30 days' notice; your data is exportable and then deleted per the Privacy Policy.
